AHAM eBOOKS
These terms describe how Aham eBooks products, fixed-duration membership, downloads, personal uploads, and reader tools may be used.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. Do not share access credentials or attempt to access another person's library.
You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, use Aham eBooks only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Anyone purchasing for an organization confirms they are authorized to do so.
Individual book purchases permanently unlock only the listed edition for the purchasing account and include the source PDF when that edition offers one. Every paid ebook is sold independently. Monthly and yearly Reader Plus memberships are prepaid and fixed-duration: they allow an account to add more than three personal PDF or supported public-domain books while active. Reader Plus does not unlock paid Aham ebooks and does not renew automatically. Prices, currency, included files, and duration are shown before payment.
Digital books are licensed for personal use unless a separate written licence says otherwise. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly host, remove ownership notices from, or use the files to train a commercial model without permission from the rights holder.
You may upload PDFs that you own or are authorized to use. You retain responsibility for their content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or highly sensitive material. Free accounts can add up to three personal books. An active Reader Plus plan allows additional personal books. Existing personal books are not deleted solely because a plan expires, but adding another book requires an active plan when the account already contains three or more. Aham eBooks may also apply file-size, processing, rate, or abuse limits.
We work to keep purchased content available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Reader features, third-party translation, and file formats may change. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated where practical.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aham eBooks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact support first with the account email, order details where relevant, the issue, and the resolution requested. Aham eBooks will attempt a good-faith resolution. This process does not prevent either party from using consumer remedies, regulators, courts, or other rights available under applicable law.
